1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements, or on any product that has been improperly stored or handled after delivery.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing: 📧 info@balius.co.za


*Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will assess the claim and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for the same product or another of equal value, provided the item meets our return criteria. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be responsible for the price difference.


5. Shipping Your Return

To return a product, please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization and the appropriate return address.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item unless the product was delivered in error or arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Balius cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
